The BUILD program will incorporate functional strength & conditioning workouts focusing on movement patterns & improving cardiovascular output as opposed to targeting specific muscle groups or isolated bodybuilding exercises. In life we squat, push things, pull things, carry things, etc. Workouts will focus on movements to help you build strength that directly correlates to daily life.
